These jerks have called me over 300 times from 100 area codes over the last 2 years!!!!

In June 2015 my computer froze and a pop up window popped up on my computer saying that they could fix my computer and that they were affiliated with Apple. Unfortunately I called the number and my hellish living nightmare began. Over the course of nearly 2 years, these jerks have called me between 300 and 400 times from over 100 area codes over the last 2 years. I've begged, pleaded, threatened, yelled at them, lied at them and said I no longer had a computer, was nice to them, etc. begging them to stop calling me but they just won't do it. They say I paid for the service, "Don't you want it", and I explain 12 hours after that fateful day in June 2015, I called Apple and my credit cards fraud department and got refunded my money. They are very rude and insist something is wrong with my computer when nothing is. I just don't know what to do or say anymore. I'm on the *** of the nervous breakdown. They often call me at 7, 8 or 9am waking me up. I'm on the do not call list registry but that doesn't seem to help. I just filed a complaint yesterday with the BBB. Does anyone anywhere know how I can get them from stop calling me??

EVERY MONTH THERE WAS A NEW EXPENSIVE PROBLEM THAT HAD TO BE FIXED AND ALWAYS THE PROMISE THAT THIS PURCHASE WOULD BE THE LAST!!! SCAM!!!

I paid them $400 in the beginning to remove a Trojan from my computer. That is where it all began! This company tells you that they only charge a one time fee and that they will monitor your computer for life, YEAH THEY MONITOR YOUR COMPUTER ALL RIGHT! THEY CREATED EVERY SINGLE PROBLEM THAT I HAD TO PAY TO FIX. I HAD VIRUS,FIREWALL FAILURE,SECURITY WAS CONSTANTLY BEING SHUT OFF AND THEN THEY WOULD BLAME IT ON ME, MY NETWORK WAS HACKED..... The list goes on and on. We paid them well over $600 (stupid me) in the end and each time they would tell me this purchase if for a software to fix the current issue... The funny part is that they say "we don't make any money off this program you are buying we just need it to fix the issue" but they take you too the payment portion of their site not a site that sells the program. RED FLAG! Next they offer a discount on the program they are trying desperately to get you to purchase... how can they offer a discount if they aren't the ones selling it? I asked them that question and they could never answer with a legit answer. The last time I spoke with them was a few weeks ago and argued with them for an hour about how they always ask for more money and that I have never had so many issues in my life with my computer. They have no legitimate response! When the guy had me in the payment screen to buy YET ANOTHER PROGRAM to "FIX" the problem I told him I would have to call him back.... He replied with a "WHATEVER" and slammed the phone down. Oh FYI he also told me that he would put in writting that this would be the very last thing they would ever charge for, he said "Im the manager you will only deal with me from now on i promise". Here is the info they left on my computer. Check yours... I bet its the exact same! FRAUD! SCAM! BAD NEWS! HORRIBLE!!!!!! Scam!!!!

I had problems with my computer being super slow and my McAfee kept saying that my firewall was off. i called in April 2014 Itechline and purchased 99.99 plan for 3 months to 1 year of service Called back 10/2014 with a slower computer than I had before they did there 3 hour work on my computer in April. They said that someone hacked into my computer and showed me what looked like someone was getting access to all my information by the min. They said I needed to have this Micrsoft Network Security added to my computer asap. They went with me to amazon and looking at the prices for this program and the cheapest we found was 698.00. They said they could install the same program for 499.00. So we did it. I called back on 11/1/14 because the computer has been slower than ever again!!!! They said they would work on it and call me. They called me when my phone was off and said to call them back, and I did just to find that none of their #'s would ring. It has been 24 hours and I still can not reach them. I will be calling my amex to get my money back for them doing nothing but making my computer worst. I can't even get into some of the computer program

I was scammed by Go Tech247 and charged (in two payments) $299.00

They called me by phone and said that they had fixed my computer before and they recently checked and found that (1) all registry files had been infected and needed to be repaired (2) All operating System files were damaged and needed to be repaired (3) all Network Encryption files had to be repaired. They said I needed to buy a program from Amazon to fix things, and I could get it for $299.98 and I would be charged in two separate payments. The next day, I knew it all didn't sound right and I called them and accused them of Scamming me. Of course, they would not admit anything. I said I was calling my CC Co. to tell them not to pay. (When I got my statement I couldn't believe they had the nerve to bill me.)I asked to speak to the owner or manager, who of course, wasn't there. I made an appt. for him to call me, but he never did.

PAID $500.00 DOLLARS FOR THEIR SERVICE TO PROTECT MY PC FOR LIFE AND HAVE HAD MORE PROBLEMS THAN EVER HAD TO GET NORTONS TO REMOVE THEM FROM MY PC NOW ALL IS GOOD THE RED FLAGS SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE WAY THEY BILLED ME NOT THE WHOLE 500 AT ONE TIME THEY DID 3 SEPARATE TRANSACTIONS BACK TO BACK (1) 199.99 (2) 199.99 (3) 99.99 THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A CLUE TO ME BUT THEY SAID IT WAS FOR SECURITY REASONS... WHAT CAN I SAY THEY GOT ME HOOK LINE AND SINKER. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL CALL YOU AND SCARE YOU INTO BUYING IT TELLING YOU YOUR BANK ACCOUNT IS BEING COMPROMISED AND THEN WHEN YOU PAY THEM THE LIFE TIME FEE THEY SAID COVERS EVERYTHING THEY STILL TRY AND GET MORE MONEY FROM YOU... STAY AWAY. Today 06/ 24/2014 They finally said they would not refund my money because it was over 6 months even thought they lied about my bank accounts being compromised and this I confirmed with my bank they finally answered their phone only after repeatedly calling back to back for a 1/2 hour. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

Had a similar issue. In had also paid the $499 in three different payments.

The service was okay and I had no problems until yesterday when we received 24 phone calls! No message was left and it registered as an unknown number. When I did finally answer they wanted access to the computer because they had not been able to run updates for the last couple of days. The reason for this was because I had bought a new computer with different security software.

I answered 5 different calls with no real progress so I once again stopped answering. I was told a variety of different things, during one call they said they were from the government and that I was required to give them remote access. I asked names of the callers and each time I was given an obvious fake name. Please STAY away from this group!!

I wish I had. I would like to know how to get in touch with the Microsoft people to make sure they know what type of group they are associated with.

Go Tech 247 is a scam. They did remote access on both of my computers and charged $199.00 for each one.

They said they had 24/7 service but when I called the same day as I encountered trouble I was told no one was there and to call back. When I called customer service they said no one was there and to call back. I immediately called my credit card and had it cancelled. I took my computers to be diagnosed and got one back and was told nothing was wrong but i continued to have problems so took it to another computer repair and they saw right away that several known virus programs had been installed the same day as Go techs did their dirty work.

That computer is now in the shop and is costing lots of money so far to remove and diagnose what those scammers did when they did their remote access.I will get my other computer back this week and will also have the other repair company look at it. The first place didn't know what they were doing. They go my name from the Microsoft data base that was apparently hacked. Microsoft sent me an e-mail saying people from Russia and the Ukraine have been trying to get into my account.

I hope these people get caught in their scheme to take money and plant viruses.

I advise anyone not to call them for service and don't accept calls from them masquerading as Microsoft. These are bad people.

I experienced the same problem. They claimed to have fixed my computer before and I was fully satisfied.

This was a lie. A different company fixed the problem and told me the charge was just over $125 per computer per year. I agreed. this company called a few days later and said they were the company which fixed my computer and offered me a reduced rate of just under $500 for a lifetime service.

same payments of $199.99. $199.99 and $99.99

My Outlook 2013 was not working properly.

After Go Tech 247 worked on my computer for 7 full days, I still had none of my Outlook files nor did I have an Outlook that was working at all. The whole thing started because when I attempted to open Outlook I got a message telling me that Outlook had not closed properly and that I needed to repair the Outlook data.pst. Over and over again they kept telling me that it was my computer (less than 1 year old) that was the problem. The must have downloaded Outlook 2013 6 or 7 times. I kept telling them that I did not think it was a program problem; I told them to check my data files. To make a long story short, last night I did an internet search and found STELLAR PHOENIX-Outlook PST Repair. And there were all the e-mails that they couldn't find. The Outlook 2013 works fine.
